How your budget works.

Your plan brings a work budget in credits every month. Paid work — reports, images, checks, runs — draws from it. Four rules, that's all of it.

Before any work starts, its maximum cost is fixed. Afterwards you're charged what it actually cost — never more.

If a run breaks, it costs nothing.

Browsing the catalogue, reading opportunities, comparing versions and publishing cost no credits.

Once the budget is used up, everything already produced stays accessible. New paid work waits for the next month.

Questions

What sellers want to know first.

The whole software: your complete catalogue without limit, Vicki and the agents, Growth Radar, SWF reports, the listing editor with versions and approval, image tools, compliance checks, training. The list below the cards comes from the same data as the cards themselves — it is read, not claimed.

Three things. Your budget — how many opportunities you take into work per month and how many credits VICKI has alongside. The size of your workspace — how many brands, listings and users. And how much runs on its own: how many VICKI rules may be active.

Your work budget. Paid work — an SWF report, a new image gallery, a compliance check, a batch run — uses credits; browsing the catalogue, reading opportunities, comparing versions and publishing don't. What a monthly budget gets done is shown as an example on every card.

You do, always. The catalogue is complete in every plan. The plan only limits how many brands and products Vicki works on at the same time. The limit applies when you add something, never retroactively — you lose nothing after a change.

The yearly plan runs twelve months and is billed month by month — the base price on the card is your monthly rate. The monthly plan has no minimum term and can be cancelled monthly; in return it costs more — how much you save yearly is shown on the switch above the cards. Opportunities, credits and workspace are the same in both. Either way your plan is assigned to you; you never book it on your own.

Any time, up or down. A change deletes no work. If you end up above your workspace limit afterwards, you just can't activate anything new until you trim it.

The tier above Growth for catalogues with more than 10,000 listings: individual limits and pricing, no fixed price on the card. Enterprise is not an entry point — you start on one of the standard plans and request Enterprise once it gets too small.

The connection runs through Amazon's official interface. We never see your Amazon credentials, every change is traceable, and only what you approve goes live.
